Printing Services
PrintingWix provides printing services including, but not limited to, banner printing, newsletter printing, custom printing, business card printing, T-shirt printing, flyer and brochure printing, poster printing, and document printing, as described on our Services page.
Quotes
Quotes provided by PrintingWix are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if project details, quantities, materials, or specifications change after a quote is issued.
Orders
An order is confirmed once you approve the project details communicated by our team. Production generally begins after order approval, as described in our "How It Works" process.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project details, including quantities, sizes, and specifications, and for reviewing proofs or order details before approving production.
Artwork & File Submission
If your project requires artwork or design files, you are responsible for ensuring that submitted files are complete, correctly formatted, and that you hold the necessary rights to use any included content. PrintingWix is not responsible for errors present in customer-supplied files that were approved prior to production.
Payments
Payment terms will be communicated as part of the quote and order process. Orders are generally processed once payment terms have been agreed upon between PrintingWix and the customer.
Order Changes
Changes requested after an order has been approved may affect pricing and timing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify an order that is already in progress.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on the stage of production. Orders that have already entered production may not be eligible for a full cancellation or refund. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or adjust an order.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, and the PrintingWix name and logo, is the property of PrintingWix unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer.
